The floor structures are metal deck on bar joists supported by cold-formed steel bearing walls. The pool house roof is constructed of steel scissor trusses supported by steel columns. The residential garages are cold-formed metal stud structures.

Composite steel frame podium slab with parking below.  Panelized wood framing was utilized to meet budgetary requirements.  Wood shearwalls were used for the lateral force resisting system.

The assisted living and community/fitness center consists of conventional steel framing with composite metal deck and concrete floors. The roof system is comprised of both pre-engineered wood trusses and composite metal deck with concrete.
